Privacy Policy
Effective September 14, 2026
Information we handle
Public visitors can search without creating an account. If you register, we handle your email address, authentication session and profile information you choose to provide. Signed-in activity may include saved clans, base favourites, base history and public clan listings you create.
How information is used
We use this information to operate sign-in, save your choices, display listings you publish, prevent misuse, troubleshoot errors and maintain the service. Clan data requested by tag is obtained from the official Clash of Clans API and may be cached or stored with a listing.
Google services and advertising
The site loads Google AdSense technology. Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers or similar technologies to deliver, limit and measure advertising where eligible ads are shown. Your choices and Google's use of data may depend on your region and Google settings.
Sharing and public content
We do not sell your ClanForge account information. Public listing text, clan tags and related details are visible to visitors when you publish them. Service providers may process limited information needed for hosting, authentication, security, diagnostics and advertising.
Retention and security
Account-linked records are retained while needed to provide the service or meet legitimate safety and legal needs. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your ClanForge password private.
Your choices
You may unpublish or delete listings through ClanForge and manage saved information from your account. For access, correction or deletion questions, contact clanforgefinder@gmail.com. We may need to verify that a request relates to your account.
Children and changes
ClanForge is not directed to children below the minimum digital-consent age in their country. We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
